Air Quality Monitoring:
By deploying AM319 and AM308 sensors, the new building's indoor environmental parameters—including temperature, humidity, CO₂, TVOC, PM2.5 & PM10—are monitored in real time. The AM319 can also detect formaldehyde/ozone levels. If any parameter exceeds the threshold, the system intelligently activates or adjusts the fresh air system to maintain optimal air quality.
*The AM319 is certified under the Works with WELL program, contributing points toward the building’s WELL certification application.
Smart Lighting Control:
WS101 panels installed in public areas and corridors enable one-touch group lighting control. In meeting rooms and workspaces, WS202 motion sensors and VS121 occupancy detectors work in tandem—lights automatically turn on when WS202 detects presence and switch off when VS121 confirms the area is unoccupied, achieving precise, intelligent lighting management.
Light Intensity Data Collection:
EM500-LGT sensors measure illuminance levels across different building zones. The collected data is uploaded to the platform to evaluate whether natural lighting meets the standards for green building or low-carbon building certifications.
Third-Party Device Data Integration:
The UC100 module connects via RS485 interface to third-party environmental comfort monitoring devices, collecting real-time data and uploading it to the platform for centralized management.
LoRaWAN® Network Coverage:
The solution employs UG56, UG65, and UG67 LoRaWAN® gateways in a primary-secondary communication architecture to ensure full-building LoRaWAN® signal coverage. Sensor and data terminal transmissions are wirelessly relayed via LoRaWAN® to the gateways, which then forward data via MQTT protocol to CSCEC4’s proprietary smart IoT platform. This enables visualized data analytics, efficient statistics, and predictive insights.
