Equipment and Energy Management:
WS136/WS156 smart scene control panels are deployed throughout the building, enabling workday and off-duty modes. Using LoRa wireless communication technology, lighting in office areas can be turned on or off with a single click. Lunch break mode can also be activated, where curtains and lights adjust automatically based on preset rules. WS51x smart socket panels are installed to monitor real-time electricity consumption of appliances. After work hours, devices can be powered off via scheduled tasks or remote control, reducing standby energy consumption.
Environmental Management:
AM300 series indoor environmental sensors are deployed to monitor air quality in real time. When air quality parameters exceed thresholds, the system automatically activates the fresh air system to improve indoor conditions, ensuring employees work efficiently in a healthy and comfortable environment.
Space Management:
Each meeting room is equipped with VS121 occupancy sensors to detect real-time usage. If a room remains unoccupied for an extended period, the system integrates with the reservation platform to automatically release the room, allowing other employees to book it. This alleviates meeting room shortages and enhances space utilization.
Security Management:
A self-developed facial recognition camera system controls building access by intelligently identifying whether a visitor is an employee or a guest, enabling proactive security protection and smarter access management. Additionally, AI-powered HD network cameras are installed throughout the building for real-time surveillance, ensuring comprehensive security coverage.
